Our returns policy only covers products that are faulty. Not packaging. Please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel. You will need to provide us with a description of the fault along with a photo. If we determine that it is a fault due to our own we will do our best to refund or exchange the product ASAP.
You will then need to provide proof of return to us within 3 days of having your return accepted.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not refund or exchange for any change of mind purchases.
If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, following the steps as outlined in Returns above ,to advise us and obtain a return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
This excludes customer input errors such as incorrect addresses and missing apartment/unit numbers. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer any refund or exchange for any Digital Download products. If there is an error due to our fault please contact us at email@example.com
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Unique code on gift vouchers can only be used once. If your order does not amount to the total on the voucher you will forfeit the remaining value. Gift vouchers will expire 6 months from the purchase date (or the date on your gift voucher).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
